Benchmark of Oxford was established in 1994 as a specialist supplier of individually-designed, high quality, hard wood outdoor furniture.

Jeremy Lowe, architect and founder of Benchmark of Oxford Ltd. has created a unique range of outdoor furniture originally inspired by traditional swing bed designs discovered in India. In response to growing demand the company has now expanded its range to also include a unique contemporary range.

The furniture is hand made in the U.K by craftsmen to the highest standards using FSC certified hardwood.

All the ironwork used is forged by local, Oxfordshire blacksmiths.

The furnishings are manufactured from marine quality fabrics and the furnishings sets are made individually to order.
